About Luna4

Luna4 is a website of simple utilities created to solve common tasks with images, PDF, text, video and audio without complicated interfaces. The tools are free and unlimited, and each result is reviewed before downloading.

An independent project

Luna4 is an independent project developed and maintained to solve common tasks without turning user files into service data. Each tool is tested before release and each guide links the workflow it explains so that the steps can be verified in practice.

Editorial criteria

We publish original instructions focused on a specific task. Before updating a guide, we check that the flow described matches the tool, we differentiate concepts that are often confused—such as compressing, resizing, and cropping—and we avoid promising a quality or size that depends on the content of each file.

We review guides when a feature changes, when we detect an ambiguous explanation, or when actual queries show that an important question is missing. You can consult all the image guides from its index.

How we work

We prioritize a clear interface, visible results before downloading, local processing when the function allows it, and improvements based on real-world usage and technical tests.

Current status

The collection includes more than twenty tools organized by category, help pages, how-to guides, and an optional account with Google. Luna4 Pro is managed by PayPal without exposing payment data to Luna4.

Quality and performance

Luna4 is first tested in a local environment before releasing a new version. We also review technical errors, mobile performance, most used pages, and search queries to decide what to improve next.

Privacy by design

Images are processed in the browser and operational measurements do not include files, image names, or persistent identifiers. The privacy policy explains what is measured and for what purpose.
