Simple Summary

Current tools process your files in the browser. Luna4 does not receive the content, name, or result of the file. If you create an account, we only keep what is necessary to give you access, protect the service, and apply your plan.

Responsible and contact

Luna4 is responsible for strictly necessary data for accounts, limits, support, and memberships. You can make any privacy-related inquiries via the contact form or by writing to soporte@luna4.app.

Processed files

Images, documents PDF, video and audio are processed locally whenever the screen indicates "local processing" or "in your browser." Do not use Luna4 as a backup and keep the original.

Free plan

To count the five daily advanced operations we use a random identifier and a technical signal derived from the IP address to prevent deleting cookies from bypassing the limit. We record the date and number of operations; never the file, its name or its content.

Accounts and Membership

When you choose to log in with Google we receive your account ID, name, verified email, and profile photo. We also save secure sessions, plan, status and subscription identifier for PayPal and daily usage. Luna4 does not receive or save your full card number. Google manages access and PayPal processes payment according to its own policies.

Emails and support

The mail provider receives the address and content necessary to send access links or service messages. Contact messages include the name, email, subject and text you write. Do not attach private files or bank details.

Technical records and measurement

The server can log IP, date, requested route, response code and basic browser data for security and diagnostics. Luna4 can also aggregately measure the startup, success, error, or download of a tool. This measurement does not contain the file, the entered text or an advertising identifier, and respects "Do Not Track".

Cookies and advertising

Session and limit cookies are required to maintain access and apply the free plan. Optional measurement and advertising are currently disabled, so Luna4 does not display a preference notice to the public. This policy and applicable controls will be updated before optional technologies are activated. Consult the cookie policy.

Conservation and safety

Sessions expire, access links last 15 minutes, and old counts are deleted when they are no longer needed. Billing data is maintained in accordance with the payment provider's accounting obligations and rules. We use HTTPS, secured cookies, origin verification and anti-abuse checks.

Your options

You can cancel the membership from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of data, use the contact form. Some accounting or anti-fraud operations may require retaining information for the applicable legal period.
