When should you create a PDF
A PDF allows you to collect receipts, notes, screenshots or scanned pages in a single file. It is easier to send, print and archive than a collection of single images.
Recommended steps
- Rotate or pre-crop photos as needed.
- Open Images at PDF.
- Select files JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Check the displayed order.
- Use a small margin if your photos go all the way to the edge.
- Create and download the document.
Quality, size and readability
The PDF cannot recover detail that the original photo does not have. For photographed documents, enlarge a sample and confirm that the small print is legible. If the images are huge, resize them carefully before creating the document to avoid an unnecessarily heavy result.
Common errors
Mix orientations without checking
A horizontal photo can generate a different page than vertical ones. Correct the orientation first and keep the original.
Use screenshots with blurred text
The PDF will retain that blur. Repeat the capture or scan with better light and focus.
