Start with the best copy available

A small or highly compressed logo has less clean edges. If you have access to a large version, use it to get a more precise crop and then generate the copies you need.

Uniform backgrounds are easier

The current Luna4 tool works best when the background is white or a relatively uniform color and extends to the edges of the image.

Adjust the sensitivity little by little

Start with a moderate value. If there are traces of the bottom, increase the sensitivity gradually. If parts of the logo start to disappear, go back to a lower value.

Check the transparency logo

The checkered pattern allows you to see if the background has really disappeared. Also notice gaps within letters, thin edges and shadows.

Download as PNG

To preserve transparency use PNG. Also keep a copy of the original file, because a logo may need different variants for light and dark backgrounds.

Do it directly in Luna4

Process your image in the browser and review the result before downloading.
